TKS can offer both automated and manual sealer solutions. Turnkey automated solutions include robots, vision systems, vehicle model ID, material supply systems, and applicators in addition to the standard spray booths with downdraft HVAC. Every paint shop is different. TKS offers each paint system as an independent module, so each customer can mix and match to meet their requirements. From High-pressure water sprays to De-greasing to Surface Conditioner and Phosphate, and now, Metal Oxide Pretreatment for Aluminum bodies, TKS offers up to 10 different process steps to configure for your application. TKS has a patented counterflow design circulation system for Electro-deposition (ED) tanks. Rather than a traditional eddy swirling, which kicks up dirt from the bottom of the tank, our Counter-flow technology moves the entire ED current in one direction, from exit to entry. At vehicle entry the e-coat paint / UF water mixture is pulled through a UF filter module, and pumped back to the end of the tank. This ensures that the last layers of ED coating are the cleanest. TKS offers two dry paint capture options, in addition to our traditional water-based paint capture system. The first is a limestone-based system to capture paint over spray. The second option is a replaceable dry filter which captures the paint over spray in a cardboard box with several layers of filters.
Taikisha offers both a traditional two-tower RTO and a rotary-valve regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO) for industrial air pollution control and VOC abatement. TKS also offer traditional thermal oxidizers and RTOs for oven exhaust smoke control and VOC abatement. Destruction removal efficiencies (DRE) of 98-99% can be offered.
